I had booked a flight ticket from Travelook in March 2021. The agency itself cancelled it citing expiry of fair price. I called up the coustmer service and the fellow there said that with in two weeks it would be refunded. After 20 days I called and I was told it would be refunded with in one week. It didn’t happen. I called after two weeks the fellow there told me the amount has been processed and gave me a transaction I’d and told me to contact my bank. I contacted the bank and they said that no amount would be blocked by bank if it comes to the bank. I again contacted coustmer service of Travelook, they said that with in 3-5 days the amount would be refunded. It didn’t happen. I called after one week, they again said it would be refunded with in 3-5 days. So far I haven’t received the refund. It is over three months and no sign of getting the refund. I really tend to think that it is not a genuine agency. Every one should be very cautious to book the tickets through the Travelook agency.
Please give me my refund at the earliest.
