T SEEMS THAT THE APPELLATE TEAM IS ALSO USING DELAY TACTICS TO PREVENT MY LEGAL REFUND AND FOOL ME.

I would like to bring to your knowledge an issue. I had applied for a Jio Fiber connection and after 4 days raised a request for disconnection due to fluctuating speeds and router not allowing mobile devices to connect over WIFI.
When I raised a WIFI issue, the appointment was scheduled in the morning time and I had explicitly requested not to do so as I would be in school working as a teacher and no one would be at home.
Yet the appointment was scheduled for morning time, the executive did not call me, came to my place and then sent a report which I received stating customer not allowing to take photos of device and closed the complaint.
I got angry and applied for disconnection, I received a message on 6th of June telling me the process of disconnection and refund.
Twice I was called to fix up the timing for the return of the ROUTER, both the times I informed them to send the engineer to collect the ROUTER in the evening anytime after 3:30 PM, they agreed over the phone but till date no one came.
I got a call from an executive and he asked me what the problem was. I told him to collect the device, he said he has not been asked to do so and he cut the call.
SIR, another appointment for device collection was scheduled for 17/6/2022 but no one called, nothing happened?
RESPECTED SIR, WHY IS YOUR COMPANY DELAYING COLLECTING MY DEVICE???
IS IT BECAUSE IF I RETURN IT AFTER JUNE 30TH YOU COULD FORFEIT RS. 1000/- AND RETURN ME ONLY RS. 500/-
I need this issue to be addressed and the device collected from me and the assurance of a full refund else I need to seek help of a consumer forum
I ALSO NEED A CALL BACK ON THIS ISSUE ANYTIME AFTER 3:30 PM AS I AM A SCHOOL TEACHER AND CANNOT USE THE PHONE IN THE SCHOOL PREMISES UNLESS AN EMERGENCY
I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND GET THINGS SORTED OUT AND THE DEVICE / ROUTER COLLECTED IMMEDIATELY.
Sir, let me tell you, your idea of Jio Fiber is excellent and rates are quite competitive, but your field staff are not upto the mark and this results in your service getting a bad name.
IF I DO NOT GET RESOLVE, I MAY BE FORCED TO GO TO ANY CONSUMER FORUM
PLS HELP me by asking someone to call me anytime after 3:30 PM and collecting the device.
