SIR ON 06 JUL 22 BOOKED A FLIGHT FROM DEL TO BBI WITH AN AMOUNT OF RS.5712/-. THE SAME DAY THE BOOKING WAS CANCELLED DUE TO NON GENERATION OF PNR NUMBER. A MAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED I.E REFUND OF MY AMOUNT WITHIN 10 TO 15 DAY. SEVERAL TIME I TRIED TO CONTACT TRAVOLOOK CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ASSURED ME TO RETURN WITHIN THIS WEEK YOU WILL BE REFUND . AFTER THE VERY NEXT DAY WHILE I AGAIN TRIED TO CONTACT WITH TRAVOLOOK CUSTOMER CARE THEY ASSURED AGAIN AFTER 5 TO 7 WORKING DAY . ON 03 AUG 22 AS PER THEIR MAIL I ALREADY RESUBMIT MY BANK DETAILS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BUT TILL DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BOOKING AMOUT RS.5712/-. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL FOR REFUND.
