When I was posted in Udaipur I had taken prepaid Jio Fibre connection having Jio Fixed Voice Number +912943551954. I had recharged Rs 14145.84 on 25th January 2023 by Transaction ID : TB00002DSXDY for 390 Days (360 + 30 Days). Since 25th January 2023 the plan was active but suddenly due to my transfer to Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) I had to shift my house to Flat No. F603, Rajnagar Residency Apartment Complex, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Pin Code- 2012003 from Udaipur, Rajasthan in the month of June 2023.
I tried to shift my jio fibre connection to the new location but i was told by customer care that the jio fibre services are not available at the above said apartment complex because of which the said connection could not be shifted to the above mentioned new place of residence. Hence i had no choice but to surrender my connection.
The UNINSTALLATION of JioFiber connection along with Set top box was done vide Order Number CO0000X0SBEE and my bank details was taken and a amount of Rs 1500 (security deposit) was refunded on 20th June 2023 after that no correspondence was made regarding balance amount of Rs 14145.84 prepaid by me for the annual plan and also the balance of advance recharge of Rs 14145.84 was not refunded to my bank account.
Sir when the jio fibre connection was not available at my new site of residence then the balance of the amount after deduction of prorata amount from 24 January 2023 to 15 June 2023, should be refunded to me, as non availability of jio fibre connection at my new residence area was not my fault and because of non availability of the jio fibre connection only, i had to surrender my connection. kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of the balance of the recharge amount.
