Dear Sir,
The individual booked a ticket for two passengers from Managlore to Hyderabad through Travolook.com on 18.03.2021.
After booking ,as the trvellook told price increased during booking of ticket. Hence individual cancelled the ticket. In reply Tavolook replied that they will refund the amount of Rs.7660/-.
After 07 hours individual informed Travolook that I have not received refund.
In reply , on 20.03.2021, M/s Travilook replied that,
“Refer to your discussion with our agent dated 18-Mar-2021. Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding saturday, sunday and Gazetted holiday)”..
Almost all after one month again individual put one more mail on 17.04.2021 for refunding amount .
In reply M/s Travolook replied on 17.04.2021 10 stated that ,
“Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)”
In reply individual vide mail Dtd.18.04.2021 raised her voice for refunding the amount.
In reply M/s Travolook replied on 19.04.2021 that,
“Please be informed that we are currently working on your concern. You may expect an update any moment.”
Till date M/s Travolook not refunded the amount even after lapse of One month 10 days.
Kindly look into the matter please.

As per your mail Dtd.20.03.2020, M/s Travolook should return a refund amount of Rs. 7, 760.00 by this time. Even after the lapse of ONE MONTH also M/s Travolook not responded. You are checking my patience.
Hence, once agin it is requested to return the amount immediately.

After one month to my mail dtd.17.04.2021, in reply, you have again replied that, the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 7-10 working days (excluding saturday, sunday and Gazetted holiday).
Are you playing drama with customers?
Seriously I am saying that if I will not get the refund within two days, I will file a cheating case against Travolook and inform Cyberabad crime police for further action.
