I have booked a air ticket via travolook.in and the same is immediately cancelled by travolook.in after successful payment. And I receive a mail due to technical reason your ticket has been cancelled. And the amount will be refunded to the same bank account within 07-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday). I have contacted no. of times to the customer executive the same response I get that your money will be refunded.
Please help me out to get my amount paid.
