After receiving the confirmation call from Medlife executive and online confirmation of order & receipt of online invoice for ₹1000.88 (exact amount as per invoice)was credited in the prepaid wallet of Medlife to purchase certain (4types)medicines.
But only partial order was executed leaving ₹487.33 with the supplier.After great pursuation the amount was credited in wallet(it is nothing but keeping the amount from their right pocket into left pocket) and not to my Bank account.Requested repeatedly to transfer the balance amount to Bank account but in vain.
- Connfirming the order in toto&raising bill for full order but executing the partial order is nothing but breaching of Agreement and playing with innocent patients & looting them mercilessly.It is also injustice &uncalled for.
Further they are forcing me to place further orders to adjust the amount.But I don’t have no further requirement in near future.More over my further orders will become 2nd & subsequent orders and attracts lesser discount.

Suppliers are therefore bound to transfer my amount to my Bank account(not to wallet) when my order was not executed fully at their fault&I have no further transactions to do in near future.
