I have purchased an OnePlus Nord N20 SE (blue oasis 4GB RAM 64 GB storage) smartphone on 24-oct-2022, order # 408-5702135-5273169, order total – 19,999.00 for 1 item. I had to return it for some reason and they suggested that the refund of 19,999.00 will be processed after receiving the product and initated when it reached to the seller and the refund amount will be transfer on the original method of payment within 2-3 business days. But I didn’t receive any amount. Then, I called on the coustomer service number, they said it will be done on 5-6 business days when the seller gets the product back, so according to that it will be on 8-9 nov 2022 but I haven’t received any refund amount yet. Hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible.
