Sir/ madam
I (shammy ms, age 32)had ordered a” jaypee plus casserole set of 3″ worth 1795 at amazon on 25 th last month and i received a wrong product of “jaypee plus classique set of 3 ” on 1 st november. On 3rd novmber i requested for return stating that wrong item was received. The next day agent came and collected the product and went. It is 20 days past and i didn’t receive the refund. So i called the customer service and enquired about it. They checked the details and told me that the item they received mismatches so i will never get a refund. I told them that the reason for my return is wrong product then how will it match?? They are not even listening it and forcefully ending rhe conversation.
