I had made a payment of Rs 2000 on 28.2.2022 for an appointment with a doctor at Fortis hospital Shalimar Bagh Delhi. The amount was deducted from my account but not credited to Fortis hospital. The details are as under:

I got the message:
Transaction Failed.
Amount debited from Account but, not refunded.
On my complsint to RBI, RBI Ombudsman has informed as under:
The transaction of ₹2000 was successfully settled in the beneficiary account of HSBC bank account number “054027180902” on 04.03.2022 with UTR number N063221858572368.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter.
