Dear Sir
I RS Rathore purchased online one set of shoe from Club factory vide order number SO91272685 delivered on 21 Feb 2019. Product was in damaged condition and was applied for return and refund. But club factory denied to return amount stating that product is used. This is very disheartening and sad. As a customer I had spent 828 INR to purchase shoe and I neither have money nor product with me. How they can put a wrong statement and claiming me as a defaulter.
I request you to look into it and get my refund back.
