1. It is submitted that i ordered to purchase eCraftIndia Decorative Round Plastic Analog Wall Clock (28 cm x 3 cm x 28 cm, Red, PWCGS661CF_RD), but, its hour hand was moving around freely and i requested for return and refund and request of return and refund was was accepted.
2. The Pick-Boy of the Amazon came and picked up the above item from my residential address.
3. When refund was not initiated, then, i contacted customer care via online chat, then, customer executed told that we have not received return item.
4. I shocked, that the pick-up boy after checking, had picked-up the returned item and now customer executive is saying that we have not received returned item. However, amazon co. has received the returned item from my residential house.
5. It is prayed to take strict action against pick-up boy who had picked-up the returned item from my residential address or others, who is / are guilty and refund my amount.
