Dear Sir,
This email is written in disgrace regarding non refund of the transaction of Rs.2584/- through UPI (Gpay) on dated 13.102.2023 towards purchase of items in myntra app.
The amount Rs.2584/- was debited from my icici bank a/c no.018801007310. But order was not placed in myntra app. Thereafter, on contacting the concerned support team in myntra it was understood that the amount was not received by them. Communication with customer care support team of myntra enclosed herewith wherein they have suggested to contact bank support team.
Since, the amount has not been received by myntra as confirmed & It’s been more than 7 days & till date the amount has not been credited back to my icici bank account or anywhere.
I humbly request to do the needful to credit back the amount.
