1. It is intimated that on 18 Apr 2020, I was trying to book a ticket from Coimbatore to Guwahati using Spicejet website for 11 May 2020 and made the payment using my credit shell amount which was refunded to me against my cancelled booking of 15 Apr 2020 of PNR No X7WH4V and remaining amount of Rs 1396.00 using my UPI of Google Pay.
2. After payment, I have not received any confirmation from your side, then i checked my account and found that amount in credit shell has not been debited but Rs 1396.00 which I have paid using UPI through google pay has been debited from my account. Details are as follows :-

b. Amount : Rs 1396.00
c. Paid to : Spicejet (spicejet@hsbc)
d. Paid by : Vipin Kumar (vipin2v2s@oksbi)
e. Date of transaction : 18 Apr 2020

5.In view of the above circumstances, i may request you to instruct the said airline refund Rs 1396.00 which I have paid using UPI as per above details forthwith to avoid any financial loss and legal implications.
