I have ordered Akai 7.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Grey (AKFW-7500GY) washing machine on 25-4-2021 delivery date 02-05-21 till date there is no proper communication as to when i am going to get my amount back, only answer i am getting is that it is advanced stage of shipment and we cannot cancel our technical team is working on it. on lot of persistant calls they confirmed that the product is not available and not able to cancel it every time they are saying 3 working days to get an update. please suggest how to go about
