I had ordered medicines from medlife on 24 Jan 21 vide order no. OR2256AIC-002. The order was canceled by them after 5 days but I had paid the amount. Since then the amount could not be refunded even lots of written mail done to customer care medlife. It was told to me the process will take 10-14 days to credit in my account but after more than 1 and half month still it is not being done. In the last mail on 13 Mar 21 they intimated me they will update me within 48 hrs. Now I am waiting when will be the 48 hrs. They are playing with the customer and have no clear policy against refund and only do harras the customer. The company should be punished so that they shouldn’t be play with any other customers.
