I have purchased bucca bucci men’s shoes on 5th August and requested on 6th August for return, Shoes pick up on 7th August 2021 by Amazon agent, I have not received refund yet, I have make phone calls to customer care services many times , they promised every time to make refund , but not refunded any amount. Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem.
