I have booked the tickets on 16.3.2020 from Tiruchirappalli to Hyderabad PNR no ILR1VD due to covid flight was cancelled so I received a message from Indigo flight service as ur amount was in credit shell you can use it within one year like that, but meanwhile they transferred my amount to Ebix travels Pvt LTD agency person. Now I want that amount but they are not responding properly they are cheating, I need my amount. Kindly help me.
