I booked my ticket from Via.com vide booking reference FMNLA3602SCC9 and due to lockdown the flights were cancelled and on enquiry from concerned (i.e Go Air and Air Asia) the amount of booking the flights have been refunded by them to your account as it was a third party booking. they also informed me to report to you to get the refunded money. Via.com not responding on the refund and have my money illegally nor their customer care phone is being picked. Where should I go.
I am a common salaried man and my hard earned money i.e 26500 approx is illegally kept by the website via.com. Please help me.
