I had book a Air ticket in my wife’s name Mrs Bharati shetty on Vistara UK 845 fro Mumbai to Bangalore for 21 June 2022 and return on 22 June 2022 from Bangalore to Mumbai vide flight no UK 846 vistara. This ticked was cancelled while booking due fare expiration as per travollok email ref noREF150340364 dt 15 June. I have been following with them vide email/ phone calls but I am getting a std reply stating we sahall check and get back to you . I regret to inform you that an amt of RS 10365: has not been refunded till dt I would request you to look into the matter and get back to me. Regards Vijay shetty
