Sir i took trial classes from enguru app for that they required payment authorisation of Rs. 1 from any payment method. i took from simpl pay later and started trial classes. when i was watching their plan for upgrade then payment button on my screen pressed accidently and payment of Rs. 6000 deducted. i reported the same on time to company for accidental payment. When i mailed and spoke them on customer care. i was told for no refund policy which is against the purchase rules and authorisation of payment. when any wrong authorisation of payment is happened then it can be reversed in 7 days. now company denying me.
