I placed an product named “Srishti by FBB Women’s Ankle Length Cigarette Pant(Beige, L)”, on Amazon vide order no. 403-2526790-2335561, dated 17th September 2020 of price Rs.399.20/-, which was expected by 23rd September 2020. I had made an immediate online payment using my Debit card while placing my order.
The issue is that the product was not delivered to me till date. I requested Amazon for refunding the amount a dozen times which is all in vain.
Even after continues follow up with customer service I have not received the refund. Even in my busy schedule I had made time to contact them but of no use.
A claim of compensation for all my energy,t & efforts I had spent on contacting Amazon, would be lawful.
I would pray the hon’ble court to look into the complaint and render justice by directing Amazon to refund my pending amount immediately and award a compensation of Rs.100/- per day for the delay caused.
