Hi,

I booked my ticket on July 3 from Bengaluru to Delhi with Ref no-REF167237272 through travolook. Due to some reason ticket has been canceled but my amount has been deducted.

I called to travolook on same day for my refund. They asked me to wait for 15 working days but didn’t get my refund. I called them and they were saying there is technical issue so need to wait for further 7 to 10 working days.

Today again I called them and asked for refund but they are saying we are working on it and you will get your money back by Monday but when I called them last Monday(August 9, 2021)
They had assured me that I will get my money by today but today again same story.

Please help me out here. Thanks!!
