I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Pune on the 13th February 2021. Confirmation number: REF563816785. Amount ₹2096.00 was deducted from my account. Later, they called and told me that ticket was cancelled due to fare has expired. They also informed me that the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I called them multiple times expressing my concern over the refund, everytime they told me that it will be refunded within the next 7 working days. But it’s been 2.5 months and I haven’t received my refund.
