I had ordered a noise product from Amazon . They delivered product box bt whole product was missing. I raised complaint against them in their customers service .they said that they will issue refund very. I specifically instruct them 4 to 5 times only issue refund in Amazon pay balance not in bank account because that bank account didn’t belong to me . When later I contacted them then they said that they had issued a refund in your bank account.
