I had placed a prepaid order for a mobile phone from this account, which got cancelled.It has been more than 40 days since the product was returned.
Now since the order got cancelled how and when can I get the refund?
I have been calling and sending multiple emails to ‘ofm@amazon.in’ but got no replies so far.
I do not have any email id registered with this account .
