Dear sir/ madam,
I had booked a ticket via PNR no ZF5JKT for travel from DXB to JAI on the 9th Sept. Due to a flight schedule change we cancelled the flight and ever since then we have made numerous calls for gettng the refund.
Everytime the call center agent comes up with a new requirement and till date we are not paid the money which is delayed by over 6 months. Atlast after getting no solution I mailed them on 8th feb, 24th feb, 14th March, 26th march regarding this matter and via mail everytime they assured me that within few days my money will be refunded . But as of now I still haven’t got my refund . I never expected such kind of service and behaviour from such a big renowned organization. It is a harassment on me.
