I had booked GoFirst flight tickets for 03.07.2022 through Happy Easy Go portal on 20.04.2022.
On 25.06.2022, airlines informed that flight is cancelled for reasons beyond ots control and offered to cancel without any deduction.
The entire amount was refunded the very same day to the agency, however they haven’t refunded the same till date despite repeated calls and emails n followup.
