I booked air India flights through Makemytrip with the following details:
Name of passenger: Ms. Sanjukta Deb, Dr. Soumitra Deb, Mrs. Sudeshna Deb, Ms. Sanghamitra Deb
Sector of travel: Private Date of travel:
Departure Kolkata to Guwahati 10th May 2020, Ticket number: 098-3754919243/44/45/46, PNR Z44JL, bill amount Rs .10514/-
Date of travel: Arrival Guwahati to Kolkata 17th May 2020 Ticket number: 098-3759185923/24/25/26, PNR YG81Y, bill amount Rs. 6448/-
I raised it with Airindia on Twitter message (since they can’t be connected on mails, calls or website chat). They told me on Twitter that I should talk to the travel agent for refund. I got in touch with Makemytrip who called back to say AirIndia is denying all refunds. I’ve followed up for 45 days now.
