i had made an airline booking thru travolook from mumbai to Srinagar and back. It was done on 8th march. then in 2 hours i received a call to pay 5041 Rs extra as rate difference, I refused and asked for a refund. Now it has been more than 20 days and the only response I am getting is there is a delay in their refund process and that it shall take 5-6 days more. This repeated message has been going on since last 1 week.
