Hello,
I have booked tickets from Travollook on 14th May 2022. Due to operational reasons from their end tickets were cancelled and i got an email saying that that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason. The refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazette holiday).
I have followed up via email and phones to Travollook agency and they are not giving refund and failed on their all deadlines given on mail and phone call.
Kindly please help me in getting refund with interest.
