Text of Complaint by Anuj Kumar Singh:

I have received the product having the order no 402-6753226-2483526 , item ordered : ASICS Men’s ROADBLAST Black/Carrier Grey Running Shoe-9 Kids UK (1011A818.001) inside the box. But size was not as per my toe requirement. Therefore I requested for return. As per my request Team leader and Customer care executive send me the email (screenshot enclosed) mentioning that the amount of promocode i.e. 4530 and payment made through credit card i.e. 509. After returning the item i only received Rs. 509. Having not received full amount I contracted to customer executives and thereafter their Team Leaders. But the behavior of Team leader namely Mr. Mohamad is so bad. He threaten me to remove from Prime membership. Moreover I asked him to send me email regarding taking more times for resolve the issue , he denied my request and misleaded me that mail can not be made and abruptly disconnected the call. As per email of team leader and customer executive I have waited initially 72 hours and subsequently 48 hours and till Monday i.e. 26.07.2021 but I am yet to receive my refund as per email of Amazon. The Amazon is playing so smart game with putting different customer care executives for talking when ever I called and the statement of every customer executive and team leader is different and all try to mislead the customer with their wrong statement . It does not seem that they are working for same company i.e. Amazon. After escalating till 27th July 2021 a new team leader Mr. Mohmmad told me that they need another 48 hours and need to escalate the matter. When I asked him what about earlier 72 hours and thereafter 48 hours , why my matter was not escalated during that time, he started saying all wrong thing to me and threatened me by saying he will disconnect the call. I am now completely hopeless and frustrated from Amazon India. Amazon India such a reputed e-retailer is started cheating and misleading with customer. I think have taken wrong decision to be a Prime Member of Amazon. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money. I am thinking to tell every one not to buy from Amazon as they are started cheating with customer.
