I have contacted the Byjus on 15/16th July for my daughter’s online classes for NEET preparation and my daughter’s school time is evening 1 to 7:30 so Mr.Ankit told me that there is morning class 6 is available and which will start from 20th July and you will get books and tablets by 19th July so my daughter can attend from 20th July class online but till 20th July i have not received any response from byjus then i contacted again Mr.Ankit that i have not received anything (a single call) from Byjus. and after some time more than 15 people called me that there are only class available which is 7:15pm. so conclusion is that guy has taken money from me and not refunding the same amount if there is no class available in 6 in the morning and My daughter has joined the other class so i need my money back.

and can you please confirm when would i receive my mony back ?
