Dear Team,
I have booked airline ticket from Flipkart Trivandrum to Sharja
But ticket is coming Trivandrum to Sharja
I had cancelled the ticket and book Sharja ticket
But refund is not received
So I have to mail to Flipkart customer care
They are saying ticket is not refundable
Realise that this ticket is refundable
But as a customer is knowing that on the booking time ticket is refundable or not
Flipkart is not mentioned the same
So I have to booked
so I need refund from Flipkart
