I received goods that were defective. I returned them and I never received any refund. Amazon then closed my account and said I was doing suspicious actions. How can I be doing this by returning a defective order. They closed my account with giving me any refunds as promised on chat. I called amazon and they said they could not do anything since my account is closed.
