I made a recharge through the Yono SBI Lite mobile application. On 28th April 2023, I initiated a recharge for my Airtel SIM (No. 9401348426) amounting to Rs 1799. However, over a month since the recharge, the amount has yet to be reflected in my account.
I have already contacted the customer care service of Airtel to address this matter, and they have informed me that they haven’t received any recharge request corresponding to the mentioned transaction. When I requested them to check the transaction ID UHC7902868 (this ID was generated from Yono SBI Lite ), they expressed their inability to verify the transaction using this ID and can only verify transactions done through My Airtel App.
Further, when I contacted SBI customer care regarding the same they replied me with that they have already forwarded the request to Airtel.
Hassle from both sides no one is willing to take the responsibility.
