Text of Complaint by Chandrakant Gidde.:

HI,
I Mr Chandrakant S. Gidde , Having My Registered Address with TATA Play Fibre is MS Askons. A/602, Gokul Residency, Near Bank of Maharashtra, Thakur Village, Kandivali( E) Mumbai-400101.
and my Registered Cell No. at TATA Play Fibre Is 932****342, But It Is Very Unfortunate to say that ;
1) First Of All, My Router Is Not Working Since Last 6 Days , and it is not attended by their Technician , Despite Our Several Complaints reminder calls/mails to their cudtomer care centre .
2) Also, My Registered name ,address ,and Phone No Details are Changed by Someone in TATA PLAY FIBRE system and My Original Details are not displayed in my Profile of TATA Play Fibre.
So i have called them
repeatedly on their customer care number as well as sent several emails since last 4_5 , but till date nothing has been done from tatas end positively, other than only promises to rectify the faults in system and at router.
So, we are lodging complaint against TATA PLAY FIBER for their Faults in offering the proper Defined Services to customers… and making bluffs and cheating to their customers who has paid money in thousands to get the proper internet services.
