Respected sir/Madam,
With due respect and humble submission I want to state that despite of my number of complaints airtel team is unable to rectify their pathetic network condition. But bills are being floated monthly without satisfying the customer. A period of one and a half year has been lapsed but airtel team kept on neglecting and asking for more time for rectification. This act of negligency towards postpaid customer is very shameful and unacceptable. You are requested to rectify my network problem on my postpaid No 9796207028 as early as possible or otherwise.
