I credited monthly recharge amount ₹341/- on 19th March 2021 through Tata Sky mobile app. Successfully recharge message appeared on screen. My television was on for at least half an hour after recharging. The amt. is debited from my bank account. But still it is not credited in my Tata sky DTH account. When contacted to complaint executive, it is told that, the amount will be returned within 7 to 8 days. I don’t understand this policy. I recharge regularly.
