Text of Complaint by umed Singh Nayal:

I had tried to recharge my prepaid mobile which was expiring on 15th Oct 2022 on 13th October 2022 (evening). The pack value was shown as Rs.719/- which I chose. There were Rs.60/- were available in my Airtel Wallet the remaining amount of Rs.659/- was deducted from my Bank account through Debit Card. Transaction No 228618252097 at Airtel Terminal ID PU000981 Gurgaon on 14th October 2022 at 00:16. But my Mobile has not been recharged so far.
