Non Recharge of my mobile number 7393844679 done on April 09,2022 for Rs 1799 through Airtel app. But the credit has not passed on to my number. In this regards I lodged complaint to Air tel store at patrakar puram Gomti Nagar Lucknow 226020. But they advised to contact bank . I lodged complaint with bank . Bank has informed in writing that the payment is successful and has been credited to beneficiary account. This information was given to the representative at store in writing . But the issue Has not been resolved yet.
I request the authorities to resolve the issue at the earliest. All the information including transaction UPI number was provided . I have also written by email to customer care at [email protected]. But my issue is not resolved
Kindly do the needful in the matter.
