Tata sky ID no 1288235904

From last 5 days we have been continously making complaint regarding tranmission .daily we are assured that the technician would visit in two hrs but to no avail.Last appointment no was1IM2T101 on 13th June.Repeated requests have been turned down resulting into lot of mental tension.I wonder this is how a Tata group company functions. Please get my complaint resolved.
