Since last 4 days I am unable to send and receive text message from my prepaid airtel number. I have tried to contact with 121 but there are no option to talk with representative. After several effort hardly raised a request to resolve the issue and they accept the request with a expected date of 30th May 2023. What kind of joke is this? if someone is facing such type of issue in messages etc where its very much important to log in any financial system. Since I have paid the amount before getting the service then its your responsibility to take care about the issues rather than giving a long time to resolve.
