I am a registered user of the online platform 1xBet (Player ID: 412141963). I initiated multiple withdrawal requests from my account. All these withdrawals are shown as “completed / successful” in the company’s system, but the amounts were never credited to my bank account, even after several days.

I raised official support tickets for these withdrawals, but the company closed the tickets without resolving the issue, merely stating “withdrawal successful” or “request processed”. No valid IMPS/NEFT UTR numbers or bank transaction proof have been provided.
IMPS and bank transfers are supposed to be instant or same-day. Marking transactions as “successful” without actually transferring funds is misleading and constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I have attached bank statements and screenshots clearly proving that the amounts were never credited.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the company continues to delay and provide generic responses, causing financial loss, mental harassment, and inconvenience.
I request the Hon’ble Consumer Authority to intervene and direct the company to credit the withheld amount immediately or provide verifiable bank transfer proof, and to take appropriate action for deficiency in service.

If the specified time since your approved requests has not yet elapsed, we kindly ask you to wait for the final status. Once the payment system or your bank completes the processing, you will receive a notification in the Transaction History section confirming that the withdrawal is completed.
If the funds do not arrive within 14 banking days, please reopen your payment queries tickets and provide an updated account statement covering the period from the withdrawal request date up to the current date. We will thoroughly investigate the reason for the delay and resolve your issue as soon as possible.
