Text of Complaint by Sivakumar D:

I initiated a withdrawal of ₹50,000 INR via Google Pay (70****97) on 01/09/2025 at 07:08. The transaction is linked to my Player ID: 1362537323 and the query number raised is 7626463.

Despite raising the issue immediately and submitting all requested documents (bank statement, screenshots, etc.), I have not received the amount in my account.

I contacted their customer support multiple times, but instead of providing a solution, they only kept asking for the same clarifications and documents again. Now, after more than 3 days, they are asking me to wait for another 15 days without giving any proper reason.

Importantly, they have not provided any transaction reference number or proof of transfer, which raises serious doubts about whether the payment was even processed.

This repeated delay is unacceptable and has caused me financial stress.

Relief Sought:

Immediate credit of ₹50,000 INR to my account.

Clear explanation from the company regarding the reason for delay.

Transaction reference number for the withdrawal to be provided.
