Sir,I have opted for recharge of package i.e(Hindi basic for 1 month,base price 181for subscriber ID-1261917254) but after successful recharge,Icould not avail the package channels as mentioned in the plan like Hindi Entertainment,Hindi movies,Life style and education and sports channels.Apart from that for your kind information I could avial only the news channel.
The above mentioned channels are the basic needs in daily life,so this is my earnest request to solve the matter at the earliest.Hope you can understand the feeling of my grieviences.Looking for a positive Result.
