No reply from CUSTOMER CARE AMAZON INDIA ..Pathetic service
This is a complaint against your customer service person who promised that a resolution would be provided by 25th July . Today is 27th July and no revert as yet .

I m still to receive this book and I had called up toll free number to register a complaint and also for a refund .
Dejected / frustrated by the entire experience …You all have created a MOMENT OF MISERY FOR ME !
Lets hope this mail is acted upon and I get my refund
