As offer show in Tataplay mobile app,if you are make payment more than Rs-6000 your existing setup box is upgrade to Tata binge+ setupbox.To avail this I made payment of Rs 6084 on date 17.07.2023 as per provided instruction.However,despite the payment being processed successful,I have not received the upgraded setup box even after one week have passed since the transaction.I have continuously call the customer care since last seven day for service but till now no result is found.
