Sir,
My entire family has been suffering from non-viewing channels for the last 35 days. We have a common master disk on our flat terrace. I have already registered a complaint as per above 11 reminders. but after that there is no result till date.
In our Bansari flat from the last 15 years, a common master disc for all the members on the roof of the flat has been installed by the Tata company & we all are getting good service from TATA. But over time, even in the common master disc starts shaking frequently due to lack of maintenance.
Finally, on 25/07/2025 after the technician’s visit, he said “The fitting is not done due to corrosion of the nuts and bolts of the disc. I have taken photos and sent to my senior. He has said that he will start TV only after getting the material from them and has left.”
Due to rusting of the nuts and bolts of the disc, the fitting does not work, so the dish starts shaking again within a day or two after the repair. And despite recharging it on time, my family are often deprived of watching TV.
Whenever a channel stops showing on TV, when we write a complaint, we get a slot for the third day as the slot for that day or the next day is not available. Thus, along with booking a complaint, the depression of not being able to watch TV for two days sets in for the family.
Whenever we write a complaint about the channel being shut down, every time the technician and his senior tell us in personally and over the phone that to get rid of such frequent problems, buy your personal disc. In the case of a common single master disc, technicians tell me we do not even get a visit charge of your complaint. Such a false representation has led some members to buy personal discs or move another’s company and fall into a pit of expenses. Which is not right.
Despite complaining eleven times till now we not being able to watch the channel from 17/07/2025 to 20/08/2025, a recharge has also been done on 31/08/2025. However, we are still deprived of watching the channel till today (20/08/2025), which is not right, so it is a humble request to you to order a reduction from your level best.
