Please note that our employer (S&T Global Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd.SEZ Unit: Module #106, 1

St Floor, Tidel park-ELCO SEZ, Vilankurichi road, Coimbatore-641014. INDIA). has failed to pay salary and

other benefits due to employees for more than 10 Months. We have raised this concern to the company

management multiple times, but there is no positive response from the management to settle the dues. Employees have been working without pay for a long period and supported the company in hard times. However the company management has failed to honor its commitment towards the employees. Also

note that EPF Contribution which was deducted from employee salary from August 2019 till January

2020 has not been remitted to EPF Account, last EPF Contribution was made for July 2019.We kindly seek your immediate intervention to this issue and serve justice at the earliest.

 Employee concerns

1. Salary payment pending from January 2019

2. Salary and final settlement not released for resigned employees

3. EPF payment not made from July 2019 till date

4. PF contribution deducted from employees not paid to EPF account

5. No update to employees regarding company future operations
